Muscat: One of the largest networking events in town, Back2Business will have His Excellency Talal Al Rahbi, Deputy Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Planning deliver a keynote speech at its upcoming event on March 7.
The event will welcome hundreds of guests looking to network, socialise and collaborate with leading businesspersons from across the country.
The 2017 Back2Business theme is ‘Overcoming Challenge’, a title that represents the current standpoint of many businesses in the Sultanate.
Following the huge success of the last three Back2Business events hosted by the Grand Hyatt Muscat, the working group is in the final stages of planning the 2017 event which will take place on Tuesday March 7. The major sponsor of the event is the Bank of Beirut Oman.
Previous B2B's have focused on the importance of networking, social media and leadership in the modern business world. Last year, B2B invited one of the most successful Ted Talk Presenters, Drew Dudley, who believes ‘leadership is not a characteristic reserved for the extraordinary’ to share his thoughts.
This year's members-only event is organized by representatives from the Oman American Business Center, the British Business Forum, the European Business Persons Group and the Australian Business Group Oman.
The objective of the Back2Business Oman is to bring the business community a great opportunity to reach small to large companies, meet new clients, potential business partners and possibly make new friends. It offers a unique occasion to build relationships with Oman’s top business leaders in a spectacular setting, paired with excellent hospitality and entertainment.
The Back2Business annual event is the largest networking event in Oman being organized by representatives from Oman-American Business Centre, British Business Forum, Australian Business Group Oman and the European Business Persons Group.
