Muscat: India has registered more than 200,000 new COVID-19 cases and over 3,000 deaths within the last 24 hours.
A statement issued online by the Oman News Agency (ONA) said, "India recorded 276,110 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, and the number of deaths reached 3,874."
"Today, the Indian Ministry of Health data revealed that the total number of Coronavirus cases reached 25.77 million, while the number of deaths reached 287,122," the statement added.
