Muscat: Oman Water and Wastewater Services Company (OWWSC) has issued a clarification regarding the disruption of water supply in the main waterline at Al Mouj Muscat.
"OWWSC received a complaint on June 9 about water supply disruption in the main waterline at Al Mouj Muscat. After proper investigation, the company would like to confirm that there was no water disruption to the mainline," OWWSC said in a statement.
OWWSC welcomes customers’ feedback and complaints and encourages all to obtain information from the right source.
OWWSC assures all that business continuity is a priority and operations are not affected by the restructure of Water and Wastewater Sectors.
