Muscat: Search and rescue teams continue to search for the fourth missing person for the seventh day in a row.
The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) said: "The search teams with the support of the Special Task Forces in the South Sharqiyah Governorate, continue their search operations of the missing person in the Wilayat of Sur."
The commission had previously announced the loss of four people due to heavy rainfall and overflowing wadis in the Wilayat of Sur and Jalan Bani Bu Ali, three of whom were found in different locations.
On Friday, the authority announced the expansion of the operations, to include the valley stream beyond the protection dam in the Wilayat of Sur.
