4,912 new coronavirus cases, 255 deaths reported in the last 10 days in Oman

Muscat:  As many as 4,912 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) were registered during 15 to 24 July 2021, in the Sultanate, in addition to 255 new COVID-19-related death cases.

This brings the total number of positive COVID-19 cases to 293,954 in the Sultanate.

The total number of COVID-19-related death cases reached 3,753, the Ministry of Health said.

The Ministry also pointed out that 12,008 new cases have recovered, bringing the total number to 275,760 recoveries.

The Ministry also pointed out that 68 cases were hospitalised over the past 24 hours, adding that the total number of current hospitalised patients stands at 786 of them 315 are in intensive care units (ICUs).
