Covid-19 vaccination mandatory to enter these facilities in Muscat

Muscat: Entry to government facilities in Muscat Governorate is restricted to vaccinated people only. People will have to now present their ID and vaccination cards or proof of vaccination starting September 1, 202, Muscat Municipality said on Tuesday.

"The decision was taken by the Supreme Committee in the interest of everyone’s safety to mandate vaccination to enter all government units starting from 1 September, 2021. It was decided after visiting all the facilities of Muscat Governorate and its affiliated bodies that it is important to present ID and vaccination cards or proof of vaccination through Tarassud plus app," Muscat Municipality said in a statement.
