Muscat: Six people have been arrested by Royal Oman Police (ROP), for smuggling and possession of narcotic substances.
"After monitoring and tracking operations, the Directorate General for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, led by the South Al Batinah Governorate Police, in cooperation with the Coast Guard Police, arrested six people, including three infiltrators, on charges of smuggling and possessing narcotic substances. Around 95 kilograms of crystal drug were seized in their possession," ROP said in a statement.
