Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning issues decision on ownership proof

Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has issued a ministerial decision on authorising the director-general in Oman’s governorates to complete the transactions of ownership proof that are referred to the Ministry.

His Excellency Dr Khalfan bin Said Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, has issued ministerial decision No. 208/2021 authorising the director-general in the governorates to complete transactions of proof of ownership that are referred to the Ministry in accordance with the regulations and laws in force.

This decision aims to grant and empower the directorates in the governorates in a broader manner to achieve decentralisation, simplify procedures, speed up the completion of the transactions that registered with the ministry, facilitate the service of citizens and complete the largest number of requests.
