Muscat: A usufruct agreement has been signed between Sur Industrial City and Bisham Real Estate Company to establish an integrated workforce township in Sur Industrial City.
A statement issued online by Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn) said:" Sur Industrial City signed a usufruct agreement with Bisham Real Estate Co. to establish an integrated workforce township in Sur Industrial City at a value close to OMR 16 million. The project will be developed on an area exceeding 180,000 sqm."
"The project aims at accommodating 5,600 workers and providing 300 direct job opportunities. Phase one of the project is expected to be completed within three years," Madayn added.
