Oman audit body dealt with more than 100 issues of misuse of power

Muscat: About 116 issues of misuse of power were looked into by Oman's State’s Financial and Administrative Audit Institution (SAI).

Oman News Agency reported that of the 4,544 complaints that were issued between 2011 and 2020, 116 were reports of misuse of power.

The figures were published in the SAI Community Brief or community summary, which is undertaken in realisation of the 10th Five Year Plan’s requirements to consolidate transparency and disclosure in a manner that serves the development process in the Sultanate of Oman.
