Travelling to Oman? No pre-registration required for arrivals

Muscat: The Civil Aviation Authority has cancelled the pre-registration requirement via the following link for all arrivals to the Sultanate of Oman via link http://travel.moh.gov.om

The Aviation said: Based on the decisions of the Supreme Committee for dealing with COVID-19, the Civil Aviation Authority hereby informs all passengers and aircraft operators in the Sultanate of Oman, with immediate effect, on the following:

1. Passengers traveling to the Sultanate of Oman are not required to register anymore at http://travel.moh.gov.om

 2. Non-citizen passengers aged 18 and above travelling to the Sultanate of Oman are required to present a vaccination certificate indicating that they have received at least two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine.

3. All passengers aged 18 and above travelling to the Sultanate of Oman are required to present a negative result of COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival or within 24 hours after arrival and a health insurance covering COVID-19.
