Lobster fishing season to begin in Oman

Muscat: The lobster fishing season will start from March 1, 2022 until May 31, 2022 in the Sultanate of Oman.

"The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources announces that the lobster fishing season in the Sultanate of Oman for the year 2022 will start from March 1, 2022 until the end of May, for a period of three consecutive months," the Ministry said in a statement.

 The Ministry stressed the importance of adhering to fishing in the specified season, and using the fishing method authorised by the Ministry.
