Recipe of the week: Healthy crepes

Ingredients
1 cup Bengal gram lentils , soaked in water for 2 hours
1 cup rice, soaked in water for 2 hours
Salt to taste
1 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation
In a food processor, combine lentils and rice and grind together to a smooth paste .
Season with salt and whisk well to form a smooth, pancake batter.
Heat griddle over low heat and grease the griddle with oil .
Add a spoonful of batter to it and spread it evenly in a circular motion .
Cook on both sides till light brown.
Repeat with remaining batter .
Serve hot with coconut or mint chutney .
