Ingredients
2 medium size raw mangoes
4 cups water
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp red chilli powder
Preparation
Place the mangoes in a pressure cooker and boil for 15 minutes.
Once cooled, press the boiled mango skin to extract the pulp into a large bowl.
Stir in the water, mixing well.
Add the sugar and spices and whisk well to combine.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
