His Majesty the Sultan greets Russian President

Muscat:  His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin on the occasion of the Declaration of Sovereignty Day.

In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings and wishes of good health and happiness to the president and to his country’s people further progress and prosperity.
