Nu’amani receives senior US commander

Muscat: Gen. Sultan Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office received on Sunday Lt. Gen Michael E. Kurilla, Commander of the United States (US) Central Command.

Lt. Gen Michael expressed his appreciation for Oman’s role in enhancing areas of cooperation between the two countries.

The two sides also reviewed the march of historic relations between Oman and the US in all spheres and means of enhancing them to serve the joint interests of the two countries. They also touched on several regional and international issues and discussed matters of common interest.
