Ingredients
1 raw papaya ( peeled and cut into thin strips )
1 carrot ( peeled and cut in juliennes )
1/4 cup cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 cup torn lettuce
1 cup apple (diced)
1 thinly sliced onion
2 tsp grated garlic
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Salt to taste
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Walnuts (handful )
Preparation
In a bowl, add thin strips of raw papaya and carrot. Add shredded red cabbage, lettuce, apple and onions.
Separately whisk garlic ,honey, lemon,soya sauce, sriracha sauce and sesame oil together.
Pour the mix over the veggies.
Season with salt.
Add sesame seeds and walnuts.
Toss the salad.
Mix well and serve immediately.
