Over 30 injured in traffic accident in Oman

Muscat: A traffic accident on Wednesday evening led to 35 people sustaining injuries, most of them non-serious. The injured were transferred to Duqm Hospital for treatment.

The General Directorate of Health Services in Al Wusta Governorate said in a statement, "The emergency department at Duqm Hospital received this evening 35 people injured in a traffic accident. They have been categorised based on the level of injuries sustained as below:

 - 1 red case (critical injury)
 - 8 yellow cases (medium infection)
 - 26 green cases (light injury)
