Valentine’s Day is all about making an impression. Picture this: Guests are picked up in a Bentley car and on their way to the resort, the Shangri-La chauffeur takes them to Al Sharqiya Aviation for a surprise private helicopter ride along the mountain range and coast of the Gulf Of Oman, before arriving at the resort.

As dusk falls, a completely bespoke dinner paired with selected beverages is served atop a low-rise cliff overlooking the resort’s private beach. The Executive Chef takes guests on a gastronomic journey with a menu designed with flavoursome hand-picked ingredients. Serenaded by a live performance, guests can enjoy a night under the stars overlooking the Gulf of Oman.
