HM the Sultan sends written message to Crown Prince of Kuwait

Kuwait: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Deputy Amir and Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait. It deals with fraternal relations between the two countries and means of promoting them.

The message was handed over by Dr. Saleh Amir Al Kharousi, Ambassador of Oman to Kuwait when Sheikh Salim Abdullah Al Jaber Al Sabah, Kuwait’s Foreign Minister received him here today.
