Oman crime: Four theft cases reported in Muscat

Muscat: Four theft cases were reported in Muscat governorate during Eid Al Fitr holiday, Royal Oman Police (ROP) said.

Two thefts took place at Al Mabela, one in Al Khoudh and one in Al Azaiba, according to the ROP.

Car thefts and vandalism were also reported in different parts of the capital.

"ROP headquarters in Al Khoudh received nine reports of car vandalism and theft in Al Mabela, Al Khoudh and Al Mawaleh," ROP tweeted.

The ROP called upon residents and citizens to install safety devices to protect their houses.
