Muscat: According to the British Skytrax classification, Muscat International Airport is among the 100 best airports in the world for the year 2023.
Muscat Airport maintained its 42nd position globally in the list of the best airports for the second year in a row. Other airports that were categorised with Oman International Airport include Hamad International Airports in Doha, Dubai, Bahrain, Riyadh and Jeddah
Changi Airport in Singapore advanced this year's ranking after it was in third place last year, while Hamad International Airport in Doha came in second place, compared to first place last year and Tokyo Airport was ranked third and Seoul, fourth.
British Skytrax, which specializes in airline classification compiled the list by surveying a large number of travelers from around the world, who were asked to rate the entire airport experience, from check-in to departure.
