INGREDIENTS
Watermelon - sliced
Paneer - sliced
Lemon juice
Black salt
Chaat masala
Mint leaves
Olives - chopped
PREPARATION
Cut the watermelon in triangular shape. Similarly cut the paneer as well. Now sandwich the paneer and a mint leaf in between the watermelon slices.
Sprinkle lemon juice on the sandwich. Sprinkle black salt and chaat masala over it. Top the sandwiches with mint leaves and olives.
