This is the first time GAC has won this prestigious award, surpassing other competing distributors in the Middle East and Africa region.
The award recognises GAC’s dedication and commitment to providing exceptional customer service and always ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The company’s efforts and customer-centric approach have been reflected in its outstanding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) scores, which have been continuously improved, scaling newer heights with each passing year.
