
Ingredients
Chicken: 1 kg cut in 4 pieces 
Onion: 2 chopped 
Garlic: Half tbsp chopped 
Ginger: Half tbsp chopped 
Green chillies paste: 3 no
Food colour as required 
Oil: Half cup 
Tomato: 2   sliced 
Tandoori masala: 2 tbsp
Yoghurt: 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation
Wash and soak chicken in water, add vinegar or salt for 10 minutes. 
Marinate chicken with ginger, garlic, green chillies and Tandoori masala for 30 minutes. 
Heat heavy tawa, add oil and onion , saute it until soft.
Now add marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes each side . 
Cover with a big lid and let it cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. 
Check once in between and turn the side of the chicken. 
Grill some tomatoes , onion slices and green chillies in a grill pan. 
Remove the lid and cook again until the chicken is done. 
Serve with mint chutney and with khubz by tossing in remaining masala.
