Two arrested for trying to smuggle crystal drugs into Oman

Muscat: Two smugglers were arrested for attempting to smuggle a large quantity of crystal drug into the Sultanate of Oman, said the Royal Oman Police (ROP).

ROP said in a statement: "The Coast Guard Police Command boats managed to arrest two infiltrators of Asian nationality on board a smuggling boat before they arrived at the beach of Al-Khairan area in the Wilayat of Muscat, with a large quantity of crystal drug. The legal procedures are being completed against them."
