Lie straight on your stomach with outstretched arms over your head and toes pointing backwards. Then slowly exhale as you lift your arms and legs together slightly off the ground, keeping your face aligned with your spine. Then inhale as you lower your hands and feet back to the starting position. Do a set of 10-12 repetitions
