Tourism booms in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate

South Al Sharqiyah Governorate is witnessing increased tourist movement, which includes local as well as international travellers during the winter season.

Muscat Municipality raids houses in ⁧‫Quriyat⁩
Muscat Municipality said: “In continuation of inspection visits and to preserve public health and safety; ⁧‫Muscat Municipality ‬⁩ in ⁧‫Quriyat⁩, in cooperation with ⁦‪Royal Oman Police‬⁩ seized residential homes where washing and drying clothes was practiced illegally, and in unsanitary conditions. ‎

The tools used were confiscated, and legal procedures are being completed against the violators.
