Royal Academy of Management launches programme to promote decentralisation
The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) has inaugurated a programme in partnership with the Ministry of Interior to introduce concepts of modern local administration.
The programme focuses on concepts of legislation, governance, leadership, media, economics and flexibility in carrying out management tasks.

Maj.Gen Mattar Salim Al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) handed over diploma degrees for graduates of the Sultan Qaboos Military College. He also felicitated top performers among the cadet officers.
