His Majesty the Sultan arrives in Musandam

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik arrived in Musandam Governorate on a Royal Tour to closely inspect the development, both social and economic aspects, and meet with sheikhs, dignitaries, notables, a number of members of the Council of Oman, members of the municipal council, and businessmen.

Upon the appearance of the Royal Yacht, the Fulk Al Salamah carrying His Majesty the Sultan, it was swarmed by a group of ships and boats of citizens, draped with the flag of the Sultanate of Oman and pictures of His Majesty in celebration of its auspicious arrival, forming a wonderful picture expressing and rejoicing in this honourable royal visit.

His Majesty greeted his fellow citizens. Upon the auspicious entry of the Royal Yacht into the port of Khasab, two groups of citizens performed the art of “Al-Nadba,” which is one of the Omani arts for which the governorate is famous. A number of citizens also performed the art of “Al-Razfa,” which is one of the Omani singing arts, upon the Royal arrival at the port.

His Majesty the Sultan headed to Saih Al-Mahasin in the Wilayat of Khasab, where crowds of people and citizens of the governorate came out along the road, welcoming his lofty presence and repeating expressions of loyalty and gratitude to His Majesty.
