Search continues for missing persons in North Al Sharqiyah

Muscat: Efforts to search for missing persons continue in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate. Police aviation carried out an operation to transport supplies to residents of Wilayat of Wadi Bani Khalid.

Yesterday, the field teams of the Royal Oman Police, the Royal Army of Oman, and Civil Defence and Ambulance Department dealt with a report of 23 people stuck in Wadi Al-Sail stream in the Wilayat of Mahut. They were rescued and all of them are in good health.

The National Committee for Emergency Management announced the end of activation of the emergency service. As the weather condition subsides, the concerned authorities continue to complete their tasks to address the damage to the affected services according to its jurisdiction.
