Expat arrested with over 130 blocks of hashish in Oman

Muscat: An expatriate has been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) for possessing more than 130 blocks of hashish in South Al Batinah Governorate.

"The Department for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, led by the South Al Batinah Governorate Police, arrested a person of Asian nationality in possession of more than 130 blocks of hashish. The legal procedures are being completed against him," ROP said in a statement.
