CAA deals with over 350 complaints in 2023

Muscat: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has dealt with more than 350 complaints during 2023.

The Civil Aviation Authority dealt with 379 complaints received during the year 2023. Flight cancellation complaints topped the list received by the Authority, which was a total of 93. Next on the list was flight delay complaints, which was 90, followed by complaints about delay/loss or damage of luggage, which reached 69 and 61 complaints about being denied a confirmed seat.

While the number of complaints related to travel tickets reached 4, 3 complaints related to flight route path change, and 59 other complaints.
