Over 20 establishments referred to public prosecution for violating Labour Law

Muscat: More than 20 establishments were referred to the public prosecution for violating the Omani Labour Law in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate.

Ministry of Labour said in a statement :"The Ministry of Labour, represented by the Office of the Joint Inspection Team in the General Directorate of Labour in the Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, referred 25 establishments to the Public Prosecution (the Second District in the Al Wusta Governorate) for violating the provisions of the Omani Labour Law and the ministerial decisions implementing it. The legal measures are being taken against them."
