LuLu has announced the launch of its Happiness Loyalty Rewards Program, an ambitious and innovative initiative designed to acknowledge customers’ loyalty as well as redefine their everyday shopping experience. The loyalty program, which was unveiled to coincide with the National Day celebrations in Oman, allows shoppers to register and earn points every time they shop at any LuLu outlet.
A ceremony marking the launch of the program took place at Lulu Hypermarket, Avenues Mall, Baushar, featuring former Omani professional footballer and legendary goalkeeper Ali Bin Abdullah Bin Harib Al Habsi, Omani tennis champion Fatma Talib Sulaiman Al Nabhani, and various senior officials from Lulu.
Al Habsi is the first Omani to play professional football in Europe. His hard work and determination have earned him a spot in some of Europe's most prestigious leagues. Al-Nabhani has been playing in international tournaments since the age of 13. She has also played for Oman at the Fed Cup.
Speaking during the launch ceremony, Shabeer K A, Regional Director – Lulu Hypermarkets, Oman, said, “The loyalty reward program offers customers an array of benefits, adding more happiness to their everyday shopping experience. Through this loyalty program, members can unlock exclusive deals and discounts, with instant savings, on every purchase as well as gain access to special member prices. Customers can download LuLu Shopping app to access their Happiness points, followed by browsing exclusive benefits and offers. Registered users can gain exclusive member prices, privileges and offers too. Shoppers can redeem their Happiness Points at all Lulu Outlets, manage their Happiness points and vouchers through app as well as view all receipts easily.
