Muscat: In a remarkable achievement, Dance Academy by Delicious Sahadevan (DADS), in collaboration with The Champ Sports & Arts, has emerged as the Ultimate Gold Winner at the 6th season of India’s International Groove Fest (IIGF) 2024 which was Organised by Megha Sampat Founder of Padanyaas Entertainment.
Held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this prestigious global dance competition saw over 130 participants from around the world. DADS has made history by becoming the first-ever team from Oman to win this coveted title.
The victorious team was awarded a cash prize of 3 Lakh Indian Rupees. In addition, the academy’s Junior group, The Little Saints, earned a special place among the Top 22 Grand Finalists. The competition was judged by renowned choreographers and dance legends, including Madam Sudha Chandran, Madam Sajna Najam, Miss Vrushali Chavan, Mr. Devesh Mirchandani, and Mr. Manan Sachdeva, all of whom are prominent figures in the Indian film industry.
Expressing their gratitude, the team credited their success to the blessings of their parents and divine guidance, which helped them overcome the challenges they faced throughout the competition.
