State Council Chairman receives UAE Speaker of Federal National Council

Muscat: Sheikh Abdulmalek Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council today received Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and his accompanying delegation.

The Chairman of the State Council lauded the depth of fraternal relations between Oman and the UAE. These relations, he added, have consolidated over decades between the two countries’ leaderships.

On his turn the Speaker of the Federal National Council of the UAE underscored the depth of distinguished parliamentary relations between the two councils. He also stressed the importance of boosting these relations towards wider horizons.

The meeting was attended by several officials from the State Council.
