Muscat: Some crew members of Galaxy Leader Ship expressed to Oman News Agency (ONA) their gratitude for the humanitarian efforts exerted by the Sultanate of Oman to secure their release.
Marcos Gomez Jerez and Ator Zacarias from the United Mexican States expressed their thanks to the government of the Sultanate of Oman for its key role and efforts to secure the release of the ship's crew and the negotiations it led with the Ansar Allah group in this regard.
On his turn, Lumir Chayvin from the Republic of Bulgaria, captain of the ship Galaxy Leader, expressed his thanks to the Sultanate of Oman for the efforts made to secure his release. He also expressed his happiness that he can return home in good health and wellness after a long time.
Meanwhile, Florin Marius Tacu, Ambassador of the Republic of Romania to the Sultanate of Oman expressed his thanks to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and the Omani government for securing the release of a Romanian citizen and the rest of the crew members of Galaxy Leader Ship . He commended the exceptional and humanitarian efforts made in this regard.
For his part, Anibal Gomez Toledo, Ambassador of the United Mexican States to the Sultanate of Oman told Oman News Agency that the government of Mexico highly appreciates the commitment, efforts and the sense of humanity of the Sultanate of Oman in releasing the crew members of galaxy leaders, especially the two Mexican nationals.
