HM greets Governor-General of Australia, President of India

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to Sam Mostyn, Governor-General of Australia on her country’s National Day.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to the Governor-General and the people of Australia. His Majesty lauded the advanced relations between Oman and Australia.

His Majesty the Sultan has also sent a similar cable of greetings to President Droupadi Murmu of the Republic of India on the occasion of the Republic Day.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Murmu. His Majesty valued the historical relations, as well as the trade and cultural ties between the two countries, underscoring the keenness on utilizing them for the good of the two sides.
