To mark this golden milestone, a grand celebration awaits the public at the Waterfront area (opposite Savannah Café) this Friday and Saturday, offering an exciting mix of nostalgia, entertainment, and fantastic prizes!
From 5pm to 9pm, visitors can immerse themselves in a lively atmosphere filled with music, fun contests, and a chance to walk down memory lane with Times of Oman’s historic journey.
Step into 1975 and win exciting prizes!
Adding to the nostalgia, Times of Oman is encouraging visitors to dress in retro 1975 fashion for a special contest! Those who show up in vintage outfits stand a chance to win attractive prizes.
But that’s not all - if you have an old Times of Oman newspaper, a resident card dated February 23, or a car plate number 1975, you can also enter exclusive giveaways!
The weekend celebrations promise engaging activities for all. Get clicked at ‘Selfie Photo Booth’ where guests can capture their golden moment at a specially designed booth.
Radio Booth and Live DJ will entertain the guests at the venue. Attendees get a chance to be featured in a podcast, interview, or talk show.
At the TV Station Booth, guests can step into a digital experience that showcases how Times of Oman has evolved over the decades.
