Muscat– The Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS) and Heilongjiang University have signed a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC), marking the beginning of a transformative educational partnership. This strategic alliance establishes a comprehensive framework for cross-institutional academic enrichment and cultural exchange, uniting educational traditions from Oman and China.
The collaboration is designed to strengthen academic engagement by enhancing program delivery, supporting faculty professional development, and fostering research opportunities.
