Muscat: Ahmed bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Wali of Bawshar, sponsored the conclusion of the weeklong “Professional Project Management” training programme conducted by Muscat Governorate, during which he honoured the participants, praising their commitment and interaction during the training period and confirming the significance of these programmes to support the administrative progress and achieve developmental purposes.
This programme targeted the project managers and employees of the planning and wilayat development departments. Besides, members of planning teams and those required to work on projects in other administrative sections, as part of the Governorate’s efforts to enhance its cadres’ efficiency in implementing and managing projects according to professional principles.
Engineer Saleh Al Khalidi, an expert in project management and digital transformation, delivered this programme. It involved various specialised topics, including strategic planning, resource management, quality control, and performance monitoring, and developing personal skills such as leadership, communication, and issues resolution.
This programme was implemented within Muscat Governorate’s professional development programmes to develop its employees’ skills. Thus, it contributes to achieving the projects’ performance according to the Governorate’s development strategy and supporting the national initiatives to achieve the purposes of Oman 2040 Vision.
