Vatican City: The Sultanate of Oman took part in the inauguration ceremony of Pope Leo XIV.
The event was held at St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican and attended by several heads of state and world leaders.
HH Sayyid Nizar bin Al Julanda Al Said, Oman’s Ambassador to the Italian Republic, conveyed the congratulations of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said to the Pope on the occasion of his inauguration as the Pope of the Vatican.
