Muscat: Indian Embassy in Muscat celebrated the 79th Independence Day of India with the flag hoisting ceremony on the Embassy premises today.
The Ambassador of India to Oman, G.V. Srinivas hoisted the national flag, which was followed by the recitation of the National Anthem. Members of the Indian community joined the ceremony in large numbers.
