Al Mudhaibi: The North Al Sharqiyah Municipality has begun the actual implementation of several projects to pave linkage and internal roads in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi.
These projects, distributed across a number of the wilayat's villages, have a total length of approximately 71 kilometres and a cost of over OMR12 million, as part of the 2025 road paving projects in the governorate of North Al Sharqiyah.
Eng. Mohammed Salim Al Toubi, Director of the Projects Department at the North Al Sharqiyah Municipality, stated that the internal and linkage road paving projects in Al Mudhaibi were divided into several work packages. The most notable of these is the paving of internal roads covering 18 kilometers at a cost of RO 1,542,898.
It is worth noting that the linkage and internal road paving projects in Al Mudhaibi are part of the projects being implemented by the North Al Sharqiyah Municipality in the governorate's wilayats during 2025. These projects have a total length of 145 kilometres and a total cost of OMR25,504,860. These projects are expected to stimulate tourism and economic activity and ensure the smooth flow of traffic between the villages included in these developmental projects.
