Muscat: The Majees Titans showcased a commanding performance to lift the Oman D20 League 2025 trophy, defeating the Royal Oman Stallions by 9 wickets in a one-sided final on 30 August at Al Amerat Cricket Ground.
The Stallions struggled from the outset, being bowled out for just 75 runs in 15.3 overs. Titans’ bowlers Ubaid Ullah and Abid Khan were unplayable, taking four and three wickets respectively, dismantling the opposition with precision and restricting them to a modest total.
Chasing a meagre target, the Majees Titans made light work of the innings, finishing at 76/1 in 12.3 overs. Aamir Kaleem led the charge with a composed unbeaten 50 off 41 balls, anchoring the chase and guiding the Titans to a comfortable victory.
Ubaid Ullah’s 4/13 and Abid Khan’s 3/13 were standout bowling performances that set the tone for the final. Over the course of the league, Majees Titans had been equally impressive, with Amir Kaleem emerging as their leading run-scorer with 233 runs, while Abid Khan led the bowling charts with 17 wickets.
The Titans finished atop the points table after the league stages, entering the final in commanding form, having won their last league match against Yalla Shabab Giants by four wickets.
With this victory, Majees Titans have cemented their dominance in the Oman D20 League, adding another memorable chapter to the franchise’s growing legacy.
