Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) successfully conducted a swift and coordinated medical evacuation (medevac) for a German national. The individual was airlifted from a passing commercial vessel located off the coast of the Muscat Governorate, demonstrating the high readiness and efficiency of Oman's emergency response capabilities at sea.
The operation was executed with high precision by the RAFO, which deployed a specialized team to the distressed ship. The German national, who required urgent medical attention, was safely hoisted from the vessel and transported by helicopter.
The patient was subsequently flown directly to the Seeb Air Base in Muscat Governorate, where they were transferred for urgent care.
