Artichoke salad, little artichoke hearts stuffed with feta, pomegranate seeds, olives and herbs. Feta with Rosemary, as simple as it sounds, but the most surprisingly delicious preparation of feta cheese I’ve ever had. The potato balls stuffed with meat are a strange twist on kibbe, with a fluffy, light texture, crisp outer shell and tender beef filling, they are utterly addictive.
