Oman participates in Arab Scout Committee meeting in Cairo

Cairo: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Education, participated in the 184th Arab Scout Committee meeting, which discussed the development of scouting work and the enhancement of its educational and community role, in line with the aspirations and future vision of the Arab Scout Movement.

The meeting, held at the Arab International Scout Center in the Arab Republic of Egypt, also reviewed the decisions of the 31st Arab Scout Conference, alongside the triennial scouting plan and the operational framework for the years (2025–2028).

The session reviewed the minutes of the 183rd Arab Scout Committee meeting, examined the status of the Arab International Scout Center and the Arab Scout Funding Fund, and discussed the mechanisms for awarding the 2025 Excellence in Scouting Medal (Al-Hudhud) in recognition of distinguished scouting efforts across the Arab world.
