Ibri: The Municipal Council of A’Dhahira Governorate discussed a proposal to develop the entrance to the Wilayat of Dhank, alongside several community service requests regarding the construction of roads and children's playgrounds.
The discussions took place during the Council’s meeting held today, chaired by Najib Ali Al Rowas, Governor of A’Dhahira and Chairman of the Council.
The meeting reviewed recommendations submitted in the minutes of the Council’s permanent committees, which include the Governorate Development and Improvement Committee, the Health and Environmental Affairs Committee and the Social Affairs Committee.
Furthermore, the Directorate General of Housing and Urban Planning in A’Dhahira Governorate delivered a visual presentation highlighting the latest updates on urban master plans within the governorate. The presentation also detailed surveying operations utilizing drone technology.
This included an explanation of the technical capabilities of drones in collecting accurate and efficient geospatial data, which is currently being used to monitor urban development and track the progress of various projects.
